Veraxus is building the data and commerce layer for luxury safari: operator product structured once, verified against source, and quotable by any advisor or AI agent.
A safari is composed, not looked up: which regions, in what order, joined by which flights, priced under which rules. That judgement has always lived in experienced planners' heads. It is exactly what an AI agent lacks.
Which regions and lodges belong together, and why: season, contrast, water levels, minimum stays and minimum ages.
Which airstrips link, scheduled or charter, airstrip fees, luggage limits and border crossings.
Specials that stack or don't, child bands, single supplements, levies and exclusive use, night by night.
A model can produce a price. Only current, sourced, verified data lets anyone stand behind it.
Luxury travel is a coordination problem. Operators, agents, DMCs and now AI tools, each with their own systems and formats, all need the same product data, accurately. Veraxus is building the shared layer underneath them: a common schema, a verified data layer, and tools every participant can use without changing who owns the client relationship.
Six modules. Three are live as an MVP today; the rest are where the platform goes as operators come on board.
Each operator's camps, rates, specials, packages and transfers, structured from their own documents into an operator portal. Publish-once updates to follow.
Live · MVPMulti-camp, multi-operator itineraries priced with seasons, child bands, levies and specials applied, itemised line by line.
Live · MVPLive availability across every camp in an itinerary, then holds and confirmation, with the advisor in control.
RoadmapDeposits, balances and settlement on modern payment rails, so operators are paid faster and with less friction.
RoadmapGuest identity and travel compliance checks completed before a booking is confirmed.
RoadmapAn MCP server any compatible AI assistant can call today. An open, operator-neutral safari schema is in development.
Live · MVPEvery night is assigned to its season, including windows that cross the year end and blackout dates inside a special. Up to six charges per stay interact, and a written policy decides what each discount applies to, so the same itinerary prices the same way every time.
Operator data moves through a gated pipeline, and generated or estimated data never shares a table with verified rates. Where a rate card is silent, the interpretation is decided once, written down and applied everywhere.
General-purpose AI guesses at safari pricing. Veraxus gives an agent a small set of tools over MCP, applies the rules deterministically and returns an itemised result that can be checked line by line.
